Bead Blast Facility

MSC installed a new pre-manufactured metal building system on an existing reinforced concrete footing foundation and concrete slab on grade. We modified the existing concrete structure to accept the new metal building system, and installed cold-formed metal framing, sheathing, and air barrier to support new brick veneer façade, insulated exterior stud wall with batt insulation and vapor barrier, installed an exterior insulation and finish system above the brick veneer of the building. This project also called for demolition of the existing exterior concrete stair structure and construction of a new exterior reinforced concrete stair and ramp structures, concrete landings, and steel pipe railings. MSC installed new exterior insulated overhead sectional doors and frames.   A new 1 inch domestic cold-water service line was brought into the building with a main shut-off valve and capped for future connection. In addition, a 4 inch waste pipe was routed into the building and capped for future connection.
